Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile and provide excellent service.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean and welcoming.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, process returns, and manage payment errors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Ensure the sales floor is safe and accessible for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (Students are highly welcome).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte location.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to medium objects for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
