Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise displays to ensure the store looks appealing and up-to-date.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and features.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure stock levels are maintained and shelves are stocked.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and adherence to company policy.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Current students are encouraged to apply).
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to the San Diego location.
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
