Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict adherence to company security policies.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
