Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation is required.
