Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing product recommendations and assistance.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report shortages or damages to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness during and after shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth location.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
