Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with high accuracy to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and organizing displays to company standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization during non-peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless store operations and a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must possess reliable availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for shifts.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new point-of-sale software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
