Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Assist with the receiving, stocking, and organization of merchandise to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep sales floors, stockrooms, and restrooms clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and maintain high team morale.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
