Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
