Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding the perfect products.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Monitor product levels and communicate needs to the management team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
