Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Organize merchandise on shelves and in the stockroom to ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking items as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
