Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering product inquiries and providing recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily deposits.
- Support inventory management by performing regular stock counts and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation (not required to commute daily, but needed for shifts).
- Availability to work weekends, including occasional holidays.
