About the Role:
In this position, you will play a vital role in our retail operations, ensuring our store is welcoming, organized, and fully stocked for our weekend shoppers. You will work 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, giving you the rest of the week free for other commitments.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Clean the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow all company policies regarding cash handling and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
