Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the sales floor.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
