Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point-of-sale system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual displays according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand and move around for long periods.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
