Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying stock needs to prevent shortages.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to the management team when necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow team members during busy shifts to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
