- Track customer preferences and purchase history for personalized service
- Collaborate with team during virtual huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital tools (Zoom, Slack, Shopify)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts
