- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, display cases, and storage areas according to company standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and bend for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (if applicable)
