Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer inquiries with care.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and inventory goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work in the Dallas area.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
