Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, including processing transactions and handling cash or digital payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and performing regular audits.
- Collaborate with team members to execute store promotions and special weekend events.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all shoppers and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
