Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entry to the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure high-quality visual presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with store events and promotional activities during weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
