Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and premium shopping environment.
- Assist customers in product selection, answering questions, and processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Merchandise the sales floor according to visual standards to create an organized and appealing store presentation.
- Stock inventory and replenish sales floor displays to maintain optimal stock levels throughout the weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute store events and promotions.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; passion is key.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston location.
