Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entry.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the weekend shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure a smooth store operation.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to our Broadway location.
