Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with store operations, including opening, closing, and daily floor maintenance.
- Stock merchandise and ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized and tidy at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (shifts are typically 4-6 hours).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
