Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, handling cash and digital payments with integrity.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Las Vegas location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software.
