Responsibilities
- Resolve technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Process orders, returns, and payment escalations with 95% accuracy
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM and maintain case logs
- Collaborate with Tier-2 support for complex issue resolution
- Meet/exceed SLAs (20+ cases/hour) with quality-focused metrics
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions
- Uphold data security protocols for PCI compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED + 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
