- Collaborate with the technical department to escalate and resolve complex escalations.
- Conduct daily training sessions to stay updated on the latest product features and policy changes.
- Contribute to team goals by maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor's in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar technical role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Must be available for immediate start.
