Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and technical issues.
- Listen actively to customer feedback and accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.
- Troubleshoot common technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during high-volume periods, especially during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and/or Weekend shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (for remote positions).
- Willingness to learn new software and support tools.
