Responsibilities
- Execute overnight inventory checks and stock replenishment with high accuracy.
- Monitor security systems and facility access points to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with data entry and digital record maintenance during quiet hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
- Provide exceptional support to day-shift staff during handover procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries via digital channels during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation is essential, as late-night transit options may be limited.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
