Responsibilities
- Execute daily floor operations, including stocking, facing, and organizing merchandise to ensure a neat and appealing store appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff by following all cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security checks, and alarm system verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the store manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
