Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Organize and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing and inviting store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
