Responsibilities
- Execute packing and sorting operations with precision and speed to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning labels and entering data.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
