The Role
In this position, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, handling everything from receiving incoming stock to preparing outbound orders. We pride ourselves on a fast-paced but safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently locate, pick, pack, and label products for shipment using standard warehouse machinery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (certification provided if needed).
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders with precision, ensuring all items are correctly bundled and labeled.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor at all times to comply with OSHA standards.
- System Updates: Input data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock levels and movements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
