Responsibilities
- Manage Evening Operations: Oversee daily logistics, inventory checks, and store readiness protocols from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to clients and team members, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently during peak evening hours.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately log daily transactions, inventory movements, and shift reports into the company management system.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections of the workspace to ensure safety standards and operational efficiency are maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with morning shift leads to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of operations.
- Shift Supervision: Assist in leading small teams during busy weekends to ensure productivity targets are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (evenings) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for high performers.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency with a focus on data entry and POS systems.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
