Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun 10PM-6AM)
- Manage venue operations including inventory, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards
- Process payments and handle cash/POS transactions accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-traffic periods
- Adhere to all UK licensing laws and venue security procedures
Qualifications
- Available for weekend nights (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Valid UK work authorization required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
