- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver orders efficiently while maintaining food presentation standards
- Manage table cleanliness and reset dining areas between services
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
