- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, professional lobby area
