Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests checking in/out during evening shifts
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing, and key distribution
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and daily operations
- Assist with light administrative duties and report preparation
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
