Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking inventory, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash handling with strict adherence to company protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure all events and activities run smoothly and according to schedule.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management immediately.

- Assist with setup and breakdown of weekend events or promotional activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
