Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their questions about products and services.
- Store Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Stocking & Inventory: Receive and unpack deliveries, stock merchandise on shelves, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash deposits.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and have some flexibility for evening shifts.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (students are welcome to apply).
- No Experience Needed: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
