Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a high degree of precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and spot discrepancies in inventory or orders.
- Driver's License: Valid California driver's license is a plus.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
