Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and performing routine cleaning tasks.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate cash registers and scanning equipment accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our products and services to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily goals and support store management.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; current students are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks as required by the role.
