Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and picking orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Ensure the loading dock area is organized, clean, and safe for operations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and labeling of shipments for distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts as scheduled.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
