Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner services
- Manage reservations and guest seating with efficiency
- Prepare and present food/beverage orders with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and bank holidays reliably
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts

- Available for 16-24 hours weekly (Saturday/Sunday)
