Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and decorations
- Manage guest registration and provide directional support to attendees
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and venue regulations
- Collect and organize event materials post-conclusion
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to various San Antonio locations
- Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must pass basic background check (immediate hire)
