Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend events including corporate galas, product launches, and social gatherings
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics for weekend operations
- On-site supervision of event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Handle client communications and troubleshooting during weekend events
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment
- Create post-event reports and documentation
- Train and supervise part-time weekend staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination experience
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (flexible weekday hours)
- Proficient in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional problem-solving and client relations skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
