Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Address and troubleshoot customer complaints or issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the service area at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure seamless operations during peak business hours.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically available on weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects.
