Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, processing transactions and handling payments.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Adhere to all safety and company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience for everyone.
Qualifications
- Must have reliable availability for Weekends and Evenings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
