Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment at all times.
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-merchandised.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Sort and organize inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, as scheduled.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
