Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and/or evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
