Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon arrival.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash with responsibility.
- Stock shelves and merchandise to ensure the store is well-organized and fully stocked for evening shoppers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, checkout area, and restrooms throughout your shift.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Cash handling and reporting daily sales and discrepancies to the shift manager.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational goals and ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Students are welcome! We offer flexible schedules that work around your class times.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but we will teach you everything you need to know.
- Reliable transportation is required to get to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
